  4th Line Theatre

4th Line Theatre is an award-winning outdoor summer theatre company that presents regionally based, environmentally staged, historical dramas. Our performance venue is located on the Winslow Farm, just outside Millbrook, Ontario. Our Mission: To preserve and promote our Canadian cultural heritage through the development and presentation of regionally based, environmentally staged, historical dramas. Our Mandate: To develop and present original Canadian works of artistic excellence that explore regional themes, history and heritage, and to present this work in a politically responsible and culturally sensitive manner. Through this process we seek to encourage innovation and experimentation resulting in productions that entertain and educate.

  Guild Festival Theatre

The Guild Festival Theatre (GFT) inspires audiences of today and nurtures the artists of tomorrow by showcasing live theatre masterworks of the past. As a registered charity, GFT provides cultural enrichment through professional entertainment performed outdoors at the unique Greek Theatre in Scarborough’s historic Guild Park & Gardens, where “Art Meets Nature.”. This summer, we are proud to present, Pygmalion, by George Bernard Shaw, from July 11^th to August 12^th, Wednesdays to Sundays starting at 7:30 PM.

Since its founding in 2009, the organization has brought the performing arts back to Guild Park, site of the former Guild of All Arts, Canada’s original artists’ community during the Great Depression. Today, GFT brings to Scarborough the tangible economic benefits that professional theatre has achieved in other Ontario communities.

Since 2011, we’ve employed a diverse spectrum of students for performance and production positions. School’s we’ve drawn from include Centennial College, U of T Scarborough, Sir Wilfred Laurier Collegiate, Ryerson University, Humber College and York University. We have also established strong links with local community theatre groups and have used their talent and resources where appropriate.

  Stone Fence Theatre

STONE FENCE THEATRE is a non-profit charity founded in October 2002 dedicated to cultural, heritage and economic development in the Ottawa Valley. We are based in Killaloe, Ontario, although we have performed in many places around the Ottawa Valley and have no permanent home yet.

  Tweed & Company Theatre

TWEED & COMPANY Theatre is a creator and producer of Original Canadian Musical Theatre, as well as quality professional grassroots regional theatre.  The company formerly known as IANA Theatre has been around since the fall of 2009, and has produced four large scale original Canadian musicals, as well as countless other Canadian and international productions.  Tweed & Company is based in Tweed, ON, but also produces in Toronto, and has toured its productions around the province.

  Upper Canada Playhouse

Upper Canada Playhouse has been one of Eastern Ontario’s most popular professional theatre companies for over 3 decades. It’s located in a former  toothbrush/argyle sock factory, charmingly converted into a 275-seat,  climate-controlled, accessible venue where everyone’s close to the action. It also offers plenty of onsite parking, a licensed canteen and  modern facilities to welcome its robust 40,000 annual local, visiting  and bus tour audience. Located in the quaint Village of Morrisburg,  Ontario, on the picturesque St. Lawrence River, the theatre is easily  accessible from the 750 Exit of the 401, mid-way between Brockville and  Cornwall and in close proximity to Northern New York State and the major centres of Ottawa and Montreal. Its season runs April through December  with Spring and Fall live concerts, a 4-Show Summer Theatre Series and  Christmas Family Show.
